Terms of Service

Last updated 22 October 2026Applies to SENTRA services

These Terms of Service apply to the SENTRA services unless you have signed a separate agreement with MizTech Solution. Where an order form or signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the order form or signed agreement prevails.

Definitions

  • "We", "us" means MizTech Solution.
  • "Customer", "you" means the organisation that orders the services, and the individual accepting these terms confirms they are authorised to bind it.
  • "Services" means the SENTRA products and services described in your order, which may include SENTRA VIEW, SENTRA GUARD, SENTRA AI SHIELD WAF and SENTRA AI SHIELD CPI, together with the related software, consoles and documentation.
  • "Order" means the order form, quotation or other document that sets out the services, quantities, fees and term.
  • "Customer Data" means data you or your end users submit to, or that passes through, the services, including web and network traffic inspected by the services and the resulting logs.
  • "End customers" means, where you are a telco, MSP or other service provider, the customers to whom you provide services built on SENTRA.

The services

We provide the services described in your Order for its term. We may improve or change the services over time, provided we do not materially reduce the functionality of services you have already paid for during the current term.

Some features may be marked as preview, beta or evaluation. These are provided for testing, may change or be withdrawn, and are excluded from any service level commitment.

Licences and seats

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during the term, within the quantities, seats, nodes or capacity in your Order, for your internal business purposes and, where your Order allows, to provide services to your end customers. Licences may be subject to approval and activation through SENTRA's licensing controls. You must not exceed licensed quantities or work around licensing controls.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep sign-in credentials secure, enable available security features, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.
  • Ensure you have the right to route the traffic and protect the websites, IP ranges and networks you place behind the services, and that your use complies with applicable law, including telecommunications and data protection law.
  • Configure the services appropriately for your environment, including choosing between Monitor and Enforce modes.
  • Comply, and make your users and end customers comply, with our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Where you provide services to end customers, you are responsible for your contracts with them and for their use of the services.

Security services: important limits

The services are designed to detect and reduce threats, but no security product can identify or stop every attack. In particular:

  • In Monitor mode, the services detect and log suspected attacks but do not block them.
  • Detection uses automated analysis, including AI, which can produce false positives (legitimate traffic blocked or challenged) and false negatives (attacks not detected).
  • The services are one layer of protection and do not replace your own security practices, patching, backups and incident response.

We are not responsible for losses caused by attacks the services did not detect or block, or by legitimate traffic they blocked, except to the extent caused by our breach of these terms.

Customer Data

You own your Customer Data. You grant us the rights we need to host, process, inspect and transmit it to provide, secure and support the services. We will process personal data in Customer Data only on your documented instructions, as your processor, under a data processing agreement, and will keep it confidential and protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures. We may use aggregated, de-identified data about threats and service performance to operate, secure and improve the services, provided it does not identify you, your end customers or any individual.

Retention and deletion of Customer Data at the end of the term follow your Order and our Data Retention Policy.

Fees and payment

You will pay the fees in your Order. Unless the Order says otherwise, fees are invoiced in advance, are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, are non-refundable, and exclude taxes, which you will pay in addition. We may suspend the services if an undisputed invoice is more than 30 days overdue, after giving you written notice.

Service levels and support

Any service level commitments and support terms are set out in your Order. If your Order contains none, we will provide support by email on a reasonable-efforts basis during business hours.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least reasonable care, use it only to perform or receive the services, and disclose it only to those who need to know it and are bound by similar obligations, or where the law requires.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the services, the software, the SENTRA brand and all improvements to them. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the services, except where the law expressly permits it. If you give us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Warranties

We warrant that the services will perform materially as described in their documentation during the term. If they do not, we will use reasonable efforts to correct the non-conformity, and if we cannot do so within a reasonable time, either party may terminate the affected services and we will refund prepaid fees for the remaining term. This is your exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty. Except as stated in these terms, and to the extent the law allows, the services are provided without any other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, however caused. Each party's total liability arising from these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid or payable by you for the services in that period. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, a breach of confidentiality, your breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your end customers, or your use of the services in breach of these terms or the law.

Suspension

We may suspend all or part of the services, with as much notice as is reasonable in the circumstances, if your use poses a security risk to the services or others, breaches the Acceptable Use Policy, or is required to comply with law. We will restore the services once the issue is resolved.

Term and termination

These terms apply for the term in your Order. Either party may terminate if the other materially breaches these terms and does not cure the breach within 30 days of written notice, or becomes insolvent. On termination your right to use the services ends, you will pay any fees due, and we will handle Customer Data as described above. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Export controls and sanctions

You will comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws, and will not use, export or provide access to the services in breach of them.
